Today I visited Healthy Harvest at 1616 2nd Ave!

“Healthy Harvest was started with the intention of raising awareness on what we eat and how it directly influences our overall health. Our mission is to share what we’ve learned with anyone and everyone that we can. A sense of community is an important part of our lives and we would like to do our part. Each one, teach one, is the philosophy we believe in here at Healthy Harvest. A plant based diet has helped our family to achieve better overall health. It helped some of us in treating serious health issues and in this, getting off all the pharmaceuticals.”
